The meeting point will be our little house located a few meters from the Port of Ushuaia. From there, we will head north towards Route 3 to begin the tour. Along the way, we will enjoy beautiful views of the Olivia River, the Tierra Mayor Valley, and the Fuegian Andes Mountains. Following the winding road, surrounded by lenga and ñire forests, we will reach the junction with Route J, and from there we will begin our journey. Route J follows the course of the Lasifashaj River through mountains, forests, and peat bogs, making it a truly scenic route.
We will continue our journey to our next stop, the town of Puerto Almanza, a community of artisanal fishermen who primarily dedicate themselves to the artisanal fishing of king crab and the cultivation of mussels. From there, we will board a small boat and sail along the Beagle Channel to Isla Martillo for approximately 30 minutes. We will observe penguins (Genia and Magellanic) very close to the island (approximately 30 minutes). After a beautiful day, we will return to the city of Ushuaia.
