Today we will travel southward in  Carretera Austral  crossing Cerro Castillo National Park.  We will arrive at Puerto Tranquilo and sail to  Capillas de Mármol Nature Sanctuary (Marble Chapels),  a place of amazing beauty where the waves of the lake have eroded and polished the limestone. After an hour and a half sailing, we will border the General Carrera Lake to the Puerto Bertrand.

Day 2: Puerto Bertrand - Patagonia National Park, Tamango area - Villa O´Higgins

Today we take  Carretera Austral  again until we reach the confluence of the Baker and Nef rivers, an impressive postcard. Later, we will visit the Patagonia Park and sail on the Cochrane River and we will do a small trek to see huemules. We continue our journey to Puerto Yungay and we will sail from Mitchell Fjord to Bravo River. Finally we will travel the last kilometers to reach Villa O´Higgins.

Day 3: Full Day Trekking Submarino Hill

We will take a short walk through an Andean Patagonian forest. We will see the Submarino Lake and Glacier of the same name. At the top, we will admire O’Higgins Lake and the summits of the  Southern Patagonian Ice Field  and Fitz Roy mount being able to spot several glaciers. On the way we will enjoy our Box lunch.

NOTE: If you do not want to take the trekking, you can choose for the full day sailing O´Higgins Glacier with box lunch.

Day 4: Rafting on Baker River - Puerto Guadal
