Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Mendoza and Welcome Dinner

Tonight we will enjoy dinner at a restaurant that blends Northern Argentinean and International Cuisine: Inca Cooking style mixed with European cuisine of immigrants who came to Argentina during the last century.

Day 2: Winery Cooking Class and City Tour

To begin our wine route in Mendoza we will visit a renowned winery to take an exclusive cooking class with an expert chef where we will learn how to use regional products to develop traditional dishes. Later we will enjoy lunch paired with exclusive wines from the cellar.
In the afternoon during the city tour we will visit the Cathedral, and several important buildings to finally visit Cerro de la Gloria and see the Monument to General San Martin.

Day 3: Wines and wineries in Lujan de Cuyo

We will continue our wine tour in this region so well known for a globally renowned varietal: Malbec. Luján de Cuyo, known as the land of Malbec, is a town located on Route 40, on the banks of the Mendoza River and the center of a large wine-producing region due to the quality of its soils. During our tour we will visit 3 of the most important wineries, taste their wines and enjoy a gourmet lunch.

Day 4: Sparkling Wine and Olive Oil Tour

We will start today’s adventure accompanied by bubbles and olive trees. In this wine tour we will visit 2 sparkling wine wineries, enjoying a gourmet lunch. We will finish with a visit to one of the most famous olive establishments in the area.

Day 5: Wines and wineries in Uco Valley

Today we will travel to the Uco Valley region, 120 km from the city of Mendoza. We will travel with the Andes mountain range as a witness and we will discover unique landscapes.
High-end winesare produced in this region which is considered one of the most important high altitude wines producing areas in the world.
During our tour we will visit 2 of the best wineries enjoying a wine tasting and a gourmet lunch paired with superb wines. We will also take a cooking class.

Day 6: Free day

After enjoying breakfast we can enjoy the activities of the hotel or just relax admiring amazing views of the Andes.

Say goodbye and transfer to the airport.

Our tour begins in Mendoza's foundational area (1561), visiting the Foundational Museum and Square with Jesuit ruins. We continue through main squares, the Cathedral, San Francisco Basilica, and former Mortgage Bank (now Culture Ministry).

We'll pass by Mercantil Andina, former Bank of Mendoza (now Contemporary Art Space), Independence Square, Spain Square, the Civic District with Government House, and the Enoteca.

We'll travel along Emilio Civit Street to General San Martín Park (370 hectares), seeing the Marly Horses, Rose Garden, and Lake, before reaching Glory Hill with its Monument to the Army of the Andes.

We conclude at the Virgin of Lourdes Sanctuary (El Challao) with views of Mendoza's foothills.

At each winery, we'll tour vineyards and facilities with tastings of selected wines.
