You will walk among penguins for one hour with a specialized guide. Additionally, you will visit Harberton Ranch and Acatushún Museum.

Martillo Island, part of Harberton Ranch on the Beagle Channel, is home to Magellanic Penguins (1,000 nests) and Gentoo Penguins (16 pairs) between September and April.

Males arrive first in late September to prepare underground nests. Females arrive later, laying 2 eggs between October-November. Chicks hatch in November-December.

The tour departs at 8am and 2:30pm from Ushuaia. Includes transfer to Harberton Ranch (founded in 1886) and 15-minute boat ride to Martillo Island to walk among penguins with a guide.
